Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during new launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. Allure Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Allure Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
