At Allure Luxe, we are committed to providing luxury lash essentials of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets our standards of excellence.

Returns

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To request assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or training materials (if applicable)

Shipping

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Allure Luxe. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
